[Talk-GB] LiDAR in the UK

There are several datsets for Northern Ireland that are apparently released
under OGL v3. For at least one there is a requirement to acknowledge a
company Cyient:

> must be included with the data as per the Open Government Licence v3.0
> “Belfast City LIDAR is provided by the Department for Infrastructure

If this was added to the list of contributors would these datasets be okay
to use?
