[Talk-GB] Standardize railway platforms names & refs

Forgot I had commented on that osm-carto issue three years ago. It's a
no-brainer that the ref should be rendered instead of the name, how do
we get someone to sort it?
Do you plan on changing all the platform lines to areas or should the
ref be rendered on lines as well?
As for multiple numbers, are these even necessary when you can draw
multiple platforms areas and add a ref for each one? See Euston or
Waverley for examples, where there are separate areas for each side of
island platforms or a long platform split in half.
