Thanks for that Owen, and pointing out the Scottish sources.

Regarding the Northern Ireland datasets then, and accepting that the data
is old and the Attribution statement for the Belfast dataset is mislabeled,
in principle everyone is happy that the data could be used in OSM?

I don't have any planned use for Northern Ireland LiDAR, just listing
available sources for others. I guess ideally I wouldn't add an attribution
statement until it is used, but it seems likely if I list it someone will
use it without attribution, so should I add the statement anyway?

By the way, LiDAR around me is very old but still useful for wooded paths,
walls, gates and many other features alongside surveys and recent imagery.
