[Talk-GB] New OS Open Data Release?

I don't think I've noticed this dataset before: 
https://osdatahub.os.uk/downloads/open/BuiltUpAreas

Not something we've directly tried to map in OSM, though perhaps in the 
early days landuse=residential|commercial|industrial was intended to be 
the same thing with slightly more granularity. Interesting that they 
actually include 'unique names'. I haven't downloaded the data to look 
at it, but I wonder if there's any use at all that could be made of it 
in OSM?
