[Talk-GB] New OS Open Data Release?

Yes, that is a new Ordnance Survey open data product. There is also an ONS
boundary dataset, Built-up Areas (2022), released yesterday:
https://geoportal.statistics.gov.uk/datasets/ons::built-up-areas-2022-gb-bgg/about

The ONS dataset contains the same area boundaries as OS Open Built Up
Areas, with some different attribute data.
