[Talk-GB] Pavements (footways/sidewalks) mapped as pedestrian areas AND footways

It's be happy to support anyone who wants to have a go at formalising a
better tag for these cases. I can help you through the steps (e.g. wiki
documentation, tag presets in ID and JOSM, etc). Be prepared for a long
journey as these things take ages but if you're up for it, and willing to
do the work, I can help from a coaching / mentoring point of view.

P.s. on your real world distinction go with street. The threshold for
squares should be high (minimum: locals must refer to the square by some
name)
