[Talk-GB] Fences & Hedges

Hello,

Personally, if the fence is hidden in the hedge, I'd tag the hedge.  If the fence clearly runs alongside, and not in, the hedge, I would map both separately.  Otherwise, I'd probably make a judgment based on the circumstances, leaning towards mapping whichever is the most obvious barrier.
