[Talk-GB] Core paths

Hi all,

I've created a wiki page for the tag designation=core_paths: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:designation%3Dcore_path

Would anyone interested, please take a look over and provide edits/suggestions/discussion. Particularly, are the suggested tags appropriate? Are all core paths, by default, bridleways (seeing as they are designated for horse riders)?

I'm far more familiar with PRoWs in England and Wales but felt these deserved their own wiki page too as an important part of Scotland's path network.
