Are you sure there is no footpath with this name in the area? This is 
exactly what I've seen in:

The first one is a gated footpath and houses "along it" are facing a 
street on the opposite side. This being a new build, all footpaths are 
properly signed.

This looks like a simple address tagging error. It needs a survey but it 
looks like a fairly straightforward case.
