[Talk-GB] OSM UK address project: tags - Updated guidance

I've not been following this closely (I was going to wait until the
thread ran its course and see what was settled on at that point),
but yesterday updated a building with a name [1] where downstairs
were shop units 1 to 5 and upstairs had flats 1 to 12, so I used
addr:unit on the shops and addr:flats for the flats (though
admittedly only tagged the two doors to the stairs for flats 1-6 [2]
and 7-12 rather than individual flats). But the only difference
between the flat 1 and unit 1 [3] addresses would be the flat/unit
word.
