[Talk-GB] Solar Panels

Hi All,

While working on tagging other things, I often see rooftop solar
installations that aren't tagged yet. I did a quick search through old
talk-gb messages but still have a couple of questions:
- are we still mapping them? Is someone downloading updates still? I think
the data is being used to estimate the amount of home generation, so if
that's still being studied, I'm happy to add more as I see them
- the JOSM preset distinguishes between "photovoltaic" and "thermal"
methods. How can I tell the difference from aerial imagery?
