The wiki page was created by one editor in 2019.  Other edits (by two 
editors) have been trying to clarify what on earth it is.

https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/craft#values includes lots of 
different values for different sorts of artist's studios; the most 
popular looks like "pottery" with just over 2000.  Just "craft=artist" 
alone has 70.
