I'd use addr:place="Brockhurst Gate Retail Park" for those as it would
imply each retail unit is called Brockhurst Gate, which IMO is incorrect

I don't use that on addresses as the boundaries in my city appear very
arbitrary. I've seen poshness-creep where residents near boundaries swap
their addresses to what is perceived to be the classier neighborhood.
