[Talk-GB] NLS historical OS plans for grid square TQ

On the National Library of Scotland website, there is set of scans of out-of-copyright Ordnance Survey 1:1250 plans for grid square TQ (London and south-east England). I had understood that these would be available for use in OSM from the beginning of 2022 [1]. But the wiki page [2] and the NLS copyright page [3] have not changed. Can anyone confirm what the situation is?
