This works well for me - though it slows the browser to a crawl in densely-mapped places!
Do you think it would be worth adding something for addr:flats ranges? If there is something like addr:flats=1-4 or =1;3;5;7, you could pick the first (or last) number and add a row "Flat X".
E.g. for node 8904420166 , it could generate:
Flat 1
Barrett House,
7 Temple Mills Lane,
[TOWN/CITY]
[Postcode]
It might also be useful to have a hyperlink to the object with the address tags, so that any flaws on the 'envelope' can be corrected.
