[Talk-GB] addr:place cleanup process

Hi Tony

Sorry, I'm realising I blundered into your edits last night. As I said in
my earlier email I don't have a strong opinion on addr:suburb only, and if
there was a later consensus to change addr:village / addr:hamlet to
addr:suburb that would be pretty easy. From my perspective it's more
important to change the addr:place that are referring to something below
addr:parentstreet since that's the tag that will be misunderstood by
various existing systems. For what it's worth I agree that it would be
helpful if JOSM presented address tags in a clearer way (and if the wiki
was much clearer). I also wish the tags had different labels but here we
are.

How to proceed? Would you be happy for me to change Brinscall to an
addr:village? I hope you don't mind Eaves Green as an addr:suburb?
