[Talk-GB] removing of "private" items from the map

Ha! I feel I could have written this email. Just had a new user remove 
'private' features from a privately owned house which opens its large 
grounds to the public.

In your example, it seems strange they don't wish delivery drivers to 
find their property, especially since it's signposted from the highway. 
The items should be added back.

I can't be certain, but I get the impression not all changeset posts are 
being delivered. I've made a few that received no reply, yet when I 
privately messaged they responded promptly, giving no indication they 
knew of the previous posts.
