Yes, that is the address they publish on their website (and also the
registered address of their charity)

Looks to be an unfortunate limitation of the OpenCage geocoder I was
asked to use to create data that can be displayed on maps other than
those from Google.

This is expected behaviour. The organisation exists, but has no
further locations.
