There's just a 'Is this defibrillator inside a building '-quest, not a way to add one.

I don't know if that kind of micromapping (adding such a specific poi) would be feasible for Existing Door or StreetComplete, albeit technical possible without a doubt.

That's not to say that I would be very much in favour of having an app that would check the existence of a defibrillator node and then let you add one if it doesn't exist in the database.
