[Talk-GB] Historic England datasets

Hi all,

Apologies if this has come up before...

I've been adding the Historic England reference to a few listed 
buildings recently and then got worried that it might not be OSM 
compatible licence wise. Some digging led me to: 
https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/data-downloads/ where 
one can download all the Historic England data as Esri shapefiles.

To my untrained eye, the licence appears compatible with OSM (it's OGL 
with attribution): 
https://historicengland.org.uk/terms/website-terms-conditions/data-downloads/

So I was wondering if anyone knew if this data was available in OSM 
somehow (e.g. a data layer like the PRoW or Cadastral layers)?
