Relations are a damn nuisance in the iD editor when it comes to making
edits.
This is how I do it:
1. highlight the park outline.
2. right-click on it.
3. click the Copy icon on the menu (2nd from bottom).
4. right-click on it again.
5. click the Delete icon on the menu (bottom). The park will disappear.
6. right-click somewhere nearby in empty space.
7. click the Paste icon.
8. the park will re-appear, but now in the wrong place.
9. right-click on it.
10. click the Move icon, and move it back to where it was.
11. the nodes will be no longer stitched to the relation and can be
edited as required.
That's a lot of faff, but easier than redrawing the entire park, and
quite quick once you know.
Hopefully someone can suggest a simpler method.
cheers,
Martin.
