[Talk-GB] Cycle hire parking

Any further thoughts on this? Does anyone have any contacts with the London
councils regarding the specific and intent purpose of the cycle hire
parking? It is my understanding the council wants people to leave dockless
rental bicycles at these locations to not clutter the pavement, in which
case there is an argument to tag it as a drop off point.
