[Talk-GB] City of Bath x2

Morning all,
Making maps for my Garmin, I stumbled on the fact that the City of Bath
appears twice. ... close to  my heart as I grew up there !
Once as a relation and once as a node:

1.  https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/5342409#map=13/51.3784/-2.3588
2.  https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1947201

Presume the first needs correcting as was put in by a newish mapper,
probably attempting to add new languages to City names, but I'm sure I
can't just delete the relation.
Would one of you experienced chaps "correct" the duplicate for me, but more
importantly, run a quick check to see if this mapper has treated other
cities in the same manner, and take whatever action is reqd.
