Ok, sorry I got it wrong.
Yes, the relation was added a long time ago - I thought the Wiki advised
against using place=city on areas and nodes, but if this is correct, I'll
know for the future.
I'm not going to argue on Bath's admin, I had enough problems when my
Mother was the Deputy Mayor.
Consider this query closed.
