[Talk-GB] UK Quality Checks

The one's I've looked at in the East Midlands are all valid
mini-roundabouts (easily verified in a couple of cases with recent
Mapillary imagery).

I've noted frequent false positives on a couple of other quests:
unconnected roads, area=yes and polygon intersections.
