[Talk-GB] Tagging of roads with adjacent named terraces

I'm just about to do exactly this for Albion Terrace and "The Borders" near this pin. https://osm.org/go/euu~uBIfZ--?m=
I've also used this method in these locations:
* https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1012160784 (addr:street=St Stevens Parade & addr:parentstreet=Green Street)
* https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/870814205 (addr:street=Margery Park Terrace & addr:parentstreet=Margery Park Road)
* https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/866374898 (addr:street=Berlin Terrace & addr:parentstreet=Janson Road)
I prefer this to the addr:substreet method (which I sure is good in some cases), because iwth addr:substreet, you end up with two addresses that are (e.g.) addr:housenumber=1 & addr:street=Green Street; which I would consider to be an error and confusing to routers and address searches.

I know this is not necessarily correct, but given there is a street sign on the building at either end of the pavement with the name Leopold Place, this might also stop people changing the tagging of the main road from London Road. I don't think this is just "tagging for the renderer", but tell me if you think otherwise.

(Note the opposite occurs, houses on a named street, which could be a dependent street, but does not feature in the address).
