It's a "Large User" postcode - that is, one assigned specifically to a
particular addressee which receives large amounts of postal mail.
In this case, it's a former (now closed) Natwest Bank branch in
Richmond-on-Thames. So the postcode is now defunct, and will eventually
be marked as such on a forthcoming update of the ONSPD and Codepoint Open.
(You can see the building in all its defunctness on Google Streetview,
complete with a hole in the wall where the, er, hole in the wall machine
once was: https://goo.gl/maps/A1DTcbcjBNFcHmdt7).
