What's likely is that it's been internally redirected by Royal Mail so 
that post sent to that postcode now goes to whichever branch has taken 
over from the one which has closed (or, possibly, NatWest HQ). But 
that's moot as far as OSM is concerned, because there won't be an OSM 
object which has that address - the location that the post is being 
redirected to will still have its own address, and that's the address we 
will map.
