I think it's a genuine mistake, I really wouldn't recommend deleting it. Maybe Google uses that schema?

Yes, they should have done more research, but deleting sounds draconian too me.

By "fixing it",do you mean "deleting it"?  That would be my first reaction.  I'm not sure that I want to put any effort into correctly tagging a business that tries to abuse OSM in this way.

The tags are all wrong, in case anyone fancies fixing it!  I don't think there's much point contacting the person who added it, because I doubt they'll ever look at OSM again.
