All of which may be true, but alas I think your first reaction had some 
merit!

The linked website looks like a classic "ecommerce on the cheap" 
website.  The contact details

https://allspa.co.uk/contact-us/

actually suggest the location is

https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/76185007

rather than in some bushes by a busy road.

It may be that "AllSpa" has a concession within that garden centre - 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/6509088058 (a florist) may be a 
different business concession in the same place.

I'm guessing that whoever they asked to create the website also offered 
to add the data to OSM (and Google).  Actually the location added to 
Google is even further off than the OSM one, so we can't accuse them of 
copying from Google in this case (which is regrettably common).

Given what they appear to be, I might have thought that shop=spa would 
be the way to go.  It has some usage:

https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/shop=spa

but these seem to be actual spas, not where you can buy one.

https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/shop=hot_tub

has a usage of 11 - not huge, but perhaps the best fit once the node is 
moved?
