[Talk-GB] associatedStreet relations in the UK

I've never seen the point of them & have removed a few when full 
addressing has been added.
This is another example of relations being used just to collect 'things' 
together.

The positives for using them are tenuous.
"adding information... only once" and "reducing the potential for 
spelling mistakes." is moot as multiple buildings can be select to edit 
as one, or the 'replicate' key can be used.
