[Talk-GB] associatedStreet relations in the UK

Hi,
I haven't used many, but at one point I did find that if they were used on
a street where the houses were housename only, with no numbers, Osmand, and
I think some other programmes at least listed them when searching.
It's not perfect though, because you can't add a shop name in an associated
street relation, so they didn't appear in the list. Street relations allow
all features but don't solve the searching problem.
