[Talk-GB] associatedStreet relations in the UK

I also did not see much value in these when I looked at the address tags a
few months ago. I didn't raise it at the time but as you have now, and
based on the responses, I have added them to the Tags to Avoid section of
the wiki page:

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Addresses_in_the_United_Kingdom#associatedStreet_relations

If anyone is massively offended by this, then I can move it to the "Tags to
(possibly) avoid" section instead.
