[Talk-GB] Mapping from a survey

Not familiar with ODK, but based on their marketing blurb the closest I'm
aware of is using QGIS on desktop combined with QField or Input on the
mobile. QGIS has quite the learning curve though so probably too much
effort for a one off OSM survey.

If Field Papers is still operational it might be best for sketching in
geometry if there are a few landmarks about.

I'd quite like something that can extract angles from photos and do a bit
of triangulation back to known points. I've not had much luck with the
photogrammetry software that tries to get a full point cloud, but for OSM
you normally only need a handful of corner points. The likes of Hugin can
do lens correction but for the actual reconstruction I don't know what I'd
use.
