(I tried sending this before, but it didn't seem to go anywhere - apologies
for the duplication if you get both copies)

Whilst going through some of JunKwonGD's earlier edits (
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/JunKwonGD/history), I found this which
I'll need to look at (unless someone visits Wokingham Town Centre before I
do):-

https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/120249277

particularly:

* https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/205394228 (building=yes, layer=2)

* https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1055324536 (highway=pedestrian,
layer=-1, but it's actually the same as
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/824022279  )

* https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/943259827 (Starbucks, layer=1, but it's
on the ground floor, same level as
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1055324536 and
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/824022279)

* https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/205394225 (building=yes, layer=1)

* https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/54369261 (highway=footway, layer=1, but
it's on the ground floor)

I suspect that it's tagging for the renderer or to get past iD's
validation, so can probably all have the layer tag removed. At least this
edit seems to have been made using Bing, not dodgy sources.
