Quarter in the UK is generally a marketing term used by property
developers and estate agents. If a real place, rather than a new
development gets changed to a quarter, it's probably vandalism.
@BorekSigar has a little form, having arbitrarily deleted a number of
former orchard trees which another mapper had tagged with species. I
reverted this and hopefully improved the original tagging.
