[Talk-GB] Mass removal of building=hall_of_residence

It's probably not good form to describe a hall of residence as a dormitory
(more a US term for university accomodation) but there are examples where
it may be acceptable, such as residential outdoor activity centres where
parties stay a few nights in the accomodation:

If institutions such as Youth Hostels have separate blocks for this shared
sleeping accomodation function then it's hard to argue against
building=dormitory.
