It is still unresolved.

In this particular the owner seems to be 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/confusedbuffalo .  I was able to find 
this in the following way:

  * Using a second OSM profile, log in to OSM
  * Sign in to maproulette, being sure not to allow it to modify my OSM
    profile or any OSM data
  * Browse to https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/21922
  * Click "task comments" at the right-hand side
  * Note that one comment says "confusedbuffalo (Owner)"
  * Click through from there to
    https://maproulette.org/user/metrics/confusedbuffalo
  * Click through from there to
    https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/confusedbuffalo
