Here's the online version of the Sunday Times article:

Is it time to put electric car chargers on Ordnance Survey maps?

There is an OSM quote at the end:

A grassroots movement comparable to Wikipedia has created a web-based map
known as OpenStreetMap that has 1.75 million regular contributors.
According to Chris Fleming, a spokesman for the group, public responses
show that there is an appetite for better information on street lighting,
public fountains, cycleways and green spaces.

“You can’t be everything to everybody all at the same time,” he said. “But
why should people have to wait for a once-in-a-decade review by the
Ordnance Survey as to what to show on their maps?”

The Guardian website also has a piece:

Ordnance Survey to consult on new map symbols
