No reference to OSM however. I assume this is where they would get information about "stiles" from if they want to show paths with and without these.

Thank you....and thank you to Chris Fleming from the Communications Working Group who spoke to the journo on short notice.
FYI: The OSMF normally gives a shout to the local chapter if a press request comes in. Between them they find a suitable available spokesperson. If it is something contentious then it might be better for the OSMF to respond with input from the locals. If you are particularly keen to be considered yourself then you could make it known to OSMUK in advance.

Did anyone get the Sunday Times today? Was there an article about what new map symbols there should/could be on Ordnance Survey maps? There was going to be a quote from OSM in there.
