[Talk-GB] TfL CID Error

Morning Martin,

There is a previous thread starting here - https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-gb/2023-January/029768.html

It also involved user luxiaghd.

I didn't detect any willingness from the importers to go back and look at potential alignment errors - they fixed the particular errors that were highlighted, but not much else.   No responses to changeset comments either.

In the cases in my area, the alignment issues are only a few meters off though, yours is a different order of magnitude.
