I was the one asking for the source data.
There seem to be three versions of the XLSX:
July 2020: https://www.yorkshirewater.com/media/f10fpjkw/yky-bioresources-market-information-2020.xlsx
July 2021: https://www.yorkshirewater.com/media/te0n4ivv/bioresources-market-information.xlsx (found via Internet Archive, but still one the server)
June 2022: https://www.yorkshirewater.com/media/sxnfahsl/market-information-publication.xlsx (current one)
(the page where the market info are linked from isn't archived before Oct 2021 sadly)
I haven't got the time right now to compare where the off-by-one-error exists.
