However, given the contents of the news report - including phrases
like "The situation with land movement in this part of the cliff is
terminal; eventually the road is going to disappear into the sea" and
the DfT intervening with sufficient funds being "highly unlikely to
materialise" - is this still actually a road? Should it retain its
highway=secondary designation at all? At what point is this road no
longer a road?
