(trying to answer a few things in one here)

Yes, https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/51210460 was one of theirs
that I commented on.  There was no reply, but that's not exactly a
surprise as they haven't been around for a few years.  I know that the
name there isn't signed, so removed it in
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/130779458 .

Indeed - plenty of the junctions that I edited this morning have local
names, for example https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/5408236527 .  For
the avoidance of doubt, none of the names used by Falsernet previously
matched any local names that I am aware of, as SK53 said:

Never once have I heard it called the "Heath Interchange", similarly,
for the "Whetstone Interchange" and "Kirkby Muxloe Interchange" neither
of which are intuitive names (if I wanted to clarify which junction to
someone I'd use something like Leicester Forest or Aylestone for the
former, and A46/Fosse Way for the latter). Trigpoint will know better
what it is known as locally.

"Fosse Park" is what I've heard that referred to as most recently,
though obviously that post-dates the redevelopment of the junction here
to serve Fosse Park and Leicester as well as the M69.

There may be other junctions that need loc_names adding - obviously
people who know them should add those.

A quick web search (not compatible with OSM) suggests that that might be
for the ambulance station behind the gritting depot, just off the
motorway.  OSM has the road that that is on as "Heath Road", perhaps as
an extrapolation of "Heath Road" that runs from Holmewood to Heath.  If
I was going to try and make up a name for a green-field ambulance depot
here, "Heath Intersection" sounds a reasonable one.

However, the previous changeset
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/111733622 had applied the "Heath
Interchange" to include all the roads that form part of the roundabout
above the junction - see
https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=111733622 .  There's simply no
evidence for those names there.

Best Regards,

Andy
