[Talk-GB] What is this multipolygon?

Hi All,

We went for a walk around Parliament Hill in Hampstead today and I thought
the heath might be better mapped if some of the groups of trees were
mapped, but there was a multipolygon that I couldn't understand in
Vespucci, so I thought I'd look later on a laptop, but I still don't
understand it. It sort of matches the tree cover, but I'm not sure the tags
applied are correct. In any case it doesn't render any differently in Carto
the way it is currently tagged. Should it be tagged "natural=wood"? Or is
grouping dense woodland with tree rows and trying to apply one label
problematic?
