The latter of these looks to be a 'private' guest house .. so the
parking may be for guests?

An area tagged as amenity=parking with access=private is rendered
differently to amenity=parking on the standard map ...

This particular area is gated and usually locked, I assume it is for
'officials' and 'catering' people. The area is unpaved and has no
markings .. so difficult to map as an area.
We do map 'private' houses... while I won't be mapping personal parking
if someone wants to then??? People map all sorts of 'private' things ...
gardens and tennis courts for instance.
