It isn't, speaking as a local (trying to resume mapping) who you don't 
have to believe now we have web searches.  I've left a comment to that 
effect, and references to recent maintenance on the M5 junction.

I was going to name the Air Balloon roundabout on the A417 -- a staple 
of local traffic reports -- until it's bulldozed.  I don't understand 
why such names wouldn't be on the map for people like me who primarily 
use it for navigation.
