Hi Steve,

Thanks for your GitHub comment. I've just done an analysis in QGIS with Overpass to identify all traffic Calming nodes attached to a way that is not a highway. This has found 65 features which includes all the ones you've listed in the issue. These are largely clustered around East Ham and Lambeth. As these are obviously not correct, we'll move them to the correct way. My colleague who carried out this conflation is back on Monday, we'll have a discussion on how this happened and how to avoid in future.
