Hi Ken,

I agree, it does not look very good at present... I'll need to chat with the person who did that area when they are back Monday next week though it initially appears that they had not updated their locally cached OSM data in JOSM whilst nearby roads had been re-aligned and speed bumps added in the preceding week (some internal process issues for us to pick up on there). I've picked some random sample changesets and so far it appears an issue restricted to this area. I think the easiest way is for us to identify the area and systematically work around it, removing any conflated CID speed bumps where existing bumps already exist and moving any remaining CID bumps in line with the update centreline.
