FHRS has some suspicious entries though; this pub [https://www.jdwetherspoon.com/pubs/all-pubs/england/london/the-moon-and-sixpence-hatch-end] (which was once a bank, but FHRS might just be a mistake) is listed as HA5 4NY there [https://ratings.food.gov.uk/business/en-GB/276521/The-Moon-And-Sixpence-PH-Harrow], which Code-Point Open puts on another road that is more recent than the introduction of postcodes.

A good source for eatery postcodes is the FHRS database. When I use it, I add "source:addr:postcode=FHRS Opendata" and an fhrs:id=* tag.
There is a handy tool here https://gregrs.dev.openstreetmap.org/fhodot/ to match FHRS database entries with OSM objects. https://gregrs.dev.openstreetmap.org/fhodot/
And there's an FHRS plugin for JOSM too ( https://github.com/kmpoppe/fhrsPlugin ) which can find FHRS data given partial addresses.
